双进双出辐照技术在环保型无卤低烟电线生产中的应用

摘  要:为实现增效节能的目的,在电子加速器和扫描装置不变的情况下,采用“双进双出”辐照加工技术,对现有电子辐照设备“单进单出”的束下排线方式和收放线系统进行升级改造。改造措施主要包括采用2套收放线装置、2套独立的张力储线装置、2套过线导轮系统以及与之配套的电气控制系统,并将束下装置由单线缠绕排线方式改造成双线缠绕排线方式。在此基础上,重新调整电子辐射剂量、束流强度、束下电线缠绕道次和生产牵引速度等参数,检测和验证经辐照后的无卤电线绝缘热延伸、抗张强度和断裂伸长率等机械物理指标,最终确定了最优的“双进双出”辐照交联工艺。通过数据分析,相比“单进单出”辐照技术而言,“双进双出”辐照技术在生产效率和降低能耗等方面具有显著的优势,生产效率提高了63%,能耗减少了27%~40%。这一技术的应用符合绿色环保理念,为能源节约和环境保护做出贡献。In order to achieve the goal of increasing efficiency and saving energy,the“double entry and double exit”irradiation processing technology is adopted to upgrade and transform the existing electronic irradiation equipment\s“single entry and single exit”beam bottom cable arrangement method and cable retraction system,while keeping the electron accelerator and scanning device unchanged.The renovation measures mainly include the use of two sets of wire winding and releasing devices,two sets of independent tension storage devices,two sets of wire passing guide wheel systems,and matching electrical control systems,and the transformation of the under bundle device from single line winding and wiring method to double line winding and wiring method.On this basis,parameters such as electron radiation dose,beam current intensity,wire winding passes under the beam,and production traction speed are readjusted.Mechanical and physical indicators such as insulation thermal extension,tensile strength,and elongation at break of the irradiated halogen-free wire are tested and verified,and the optimal“double entry double exit”irradiation crosslinking process is ultimately determined.Through data analysis,compared with the“single entry single exit”irradiation technology,the“double entry double exit”irradiation technology has significant advantages in production efficiency and energy consumption reduction,with a 63%increase in production efficiency and a 27%to 40%reduction in energy consumption.The application of this technology conforms to the concept of green environmental protection and contributes to energy conservation and environmental protection.
