摘  要:针对一台高压电机内离心风扇发生断裂的问题,首先通过实验对风扇断裂原因进行分析,然后建立风扇的流固耦合计算模型,分析了风扇的静态、动态下的应力,并基于IIW标准计算了风扇关键焊缝的理论使用寿命。结果表明:风扇断口主要分布于叶片的根部焊缝处,断裂类型属于疲劳断裂;最大静应力出现在距离轮盘通孔最近的叶片侧面根部焊缝处,与风扇实际断裂位置一致;风扇承受交变应力的作用,动应力变化周期与风扇转频一致;风扇的理论使用寿命约为4.4 a,与实际使用寿命非常接近,验证了计算方法的有效性。In view of the fracture of the centrifugal fan in a high voltage motor,the cause of the fracture of the fan is analyzed through experiments,and then the static and dynamic stresses of the fan are analyzed by establishing the fluid-structure coupling calculation model of the fan,and the theoretical service life of the key welds of the fan is calculated based on the IIW standard.The results show that the fan fracture is mainly distributed at the root weld of the blade,and the fracture type belongs to fatigue fracture;The maximum static stress occurs at the root weld of the blade side nearest to the through-hole of the wheel disc,which is consistent with the actual fracture position of the fan;The fan bears the action of alternating stress,and the dynamic stress changes periodically with the rotation frequency of the fan;The theoretical service life of the fan is about 4.4 years,which is very close to the actual service life,which verifies the validity of the calculation method.
