摘  要:针对基于传统共节点方法在民用飞机复合材料有限元模型建模过程中效率低、构型管理成本高等问题,建立了一种更高效的胶接建模方法。首先,根据不同有限元建模场景,分别建立复合材料蒙皮与长桁外缘条共节点模型、胶接模型、错位胶接模型、打钉胶接模型;然后,以经过试验数据验证的共节点模型为基准,从模型刚度和关注点主要应变两方面进行对比、分析,检验不同胶接建模方法的有效性。结果表明,胶接建模方法具备良好的可靠性,能够满足有限元仿真分析所需的精度,为后续基于该方法进行精细有限元建模提供了理论依据。Aiming at the low efficiency and high cost of configuration management in the process of civil aircraft composite finite element modeling based on the traditional conode method,a more efficient gluing modeling method is established.Firstly,according to different finite element modeling scenarios,a composite skin and stringer outer edge strip co-nodal model,a gluing model,a staggered gluing model and a nailed gluing model are established;then,the conode model verified by experimental data is used as the benchmark;and the validity of the different gluing modeling methods is examined by comparing and analyzing the stiffness of the models and the main strains of the concern points.The results show that the gluing modeling method has good reliability and can meet the accuracy required for finite element simulation analysis,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent fine finite element modeling based on this method.
