摘　　要：针对服装企业辅料仓库人工结合纸质单据作业方式存在的问题,设计一种基于电子标签的仓储管理系统,使用电子标签替代纸质标签实现信息显示和储位定位功能。系统总体采用前后端分离结构,与企业资源管理计划(SAP)、供应商协同管理(SCM)、机器人调度系统(RCS)进行数据交互,并使用手持终端、电子标签、电子大屏等硬件,实现仓储管理的信息化和数字化,提高企业生产效率。最终对系统上线前后进行对比,各方面效率提升明显。Aiming at the problems of manual combination of paper documents in the auxiliary material warehouse of clothing enterprises,a warehouse management system based on electronic labels is designed,which uses electronic labels instead of paper labels to achieve information display and storage location functions.The system generally adopts the front and back end separation structure,and carries out data interaction with the enterprise resource management plan SAP,the supplier collaboration management SCM,and the robot control system RCS,and uses handheld terminal PDA,electronic shelf label,electronic screen and other hardware to realize the informatization and digitalization of warehouse management and improve the enterprise production efficiency.Finally,the system is compared before and after going online,and the efficiency of all aspects is significantly improved.
