摘 要:以封闭压力容腔的压力作为精准控制链轮链板输送装置部件液压张紧力的关键参数,重点进行了容腔压力变化的影响参数分析和封闭压力容腔压力控制优化设计。通过分析泄漏、装置局部温度变化对装置封闭压力容腔压力变化的影响程度和系统油液压力、含气量、温度参数对容腔油液动态体积弹性模量的影响规律,落实符合相应参数要求的系统元件配置选用和对外部影响因素控制及内部压力控制的有效优化设计,从而得到系统稳定、响应迅速、液压张紧运行控制可靠的热链轮链板张紧液压装置。Taking the pressure of the enclosed pressure cavity as the key parameter to accurately control the hydraulic tension of the conveyor parts of the chain plate of the sprocket,the influence parameter analysis of the pressure change of the enclosed pressure cavity and the optimal design of the pressure control of the enclosed pressure cavity are emphasized.By analyzing the influence degree of leakage and local temperature change of the device on the pressure change of the device's closed pressure cavity and the influence law of system oil pressure,gas content and temperature parameters on the dynamic volumetric elastic modulus of the oil cavity,the configuration and selection of system components that meet the corresponding parameter requirements and the effective optimization design for the control of external influencing factors and internal pressure control are implemented.The sprocket chain plate tensioning hydraulic device with stable system,rapid response and reliable control of hydraulic tensioning operation is obtained.
