摘 要:以精对苯二甲酸、乙二醇为原料,再分别加入柔性单体聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)、有机成核剂褐煤酸钠、无机成核剂二氧化硅共聚改性制得3种改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),通过差示扫描量热法研究3种改性PET的结晶性能,并采用Jeziorny方法分析改性PET的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明:与未改性PET相比,3种改性PET的冷结晶峰向低温方向移动,熔融结晶峰向高温方向移动,3种改性方式均能改善PET的结晶性能,使结晶速度加快;冷结晶过程中,与未改性PET相比,3种改性PET的Avrami指数(n)、结晶速率常数(Z_(c))均增大,冷结晶速度加快;熔融结晶过程中,与未改性PET相比,3种改性PET的n、Z c均增大,半结晶时间(t_(1/2))约减小,其中无机成核剂改性PET的n大于4,大于PTMEG改性PET、有机成核剂改性PET的n,且其t_(1/2)不及未改性PET的t_(1/2)的一半。Three types of modified polyethylene terephthalate(PET)were prepared by copolymerization modification using purified terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol as raw materials separately incorporated with flexible monomer polytetrahydrofuran(PTMEG),organic nucleating agent sodium oleate and inorganic nucleating agent silica.The crystallization properties of the three modified PET prepared were studied by differential scanning calorimetry.And the non isothermal crystallization kinetics of the modified PET were analyzed by Jeziorny method.The results showed that compared with unmodified PET,the cold crystallization peak of the three modified PET shifted towards low temperatures,and the melt crystallization peak shifted towards high temperatures;all three modification methods could improve the crystallization properties of PET and accelerate the crystallization process;the Avrami index(n)and crystallization rate constant(Z c)of the three modified PET both increased,and the cold crystallization rate also increased during the cold crystallization process;the n and Z_(c)of the three modified PET increased,and the half crystallization time(t_(1/2))decreased during the melt crystallization process,the n of inorganic nucleating agent modified PET was above 4,which was higher than those of PTMEG modified PET and organic nucleating agent modified PET,andt_(1/2)was shorter than half of thet_(1/2)of unmodified PET.
