摘 要:采用硼交联湿法纺丝工艺制备高强聚乙烯醇(PVA)长丝,在热定形过程中分别采用紧张热定形、收缩热定形处理,研究了热定形方式对高强PVA长丝力学性能、熔融结晶性能和热收缩性能的影响。结果表明:2种热定形方式制备的高强PVA长丝均具有优异的力学性能,断裂强度大于13 cN/dtex,初始模量大于300 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率小于7.0%;2种热定形方式制备的高强PVA长丝的熔融结晶性能相同,一次升温熔融峰值温度为239.82℃,二次升温熔融峰值温度下降至232.29℃,结晶开始温度为205.04℃,结晶峰值温度为199.72℃;2种热定形方式制备的高强PVA长丝的干热收缩率和收缩应力均随温度的升高而增大,200℃可作为高强PVA长丝使用温度的上限;相比紧张热定形,经收缩热定形处理的高强PVA长丝的干热收缩率和收缩应力明显较低,收缩热定形能够有效提高纤维的尺寸稳定性。High-strength polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)filaments were prepared by boron crosslinking wet spinning process.Tension heat setting and shrinking heat setting treatments were used respectively.The effects of heat setting methods on the mechanical properties,melt crystallization properties and thermal shrinkage properties of high-strength PVA filaments were studied.The results showed that the high-strength PVA filaments prepared by two different heat setting methods had excellent mechanical properties,including a breaking strength higher than 13 cN/dtex,an initial modulus higher than 300 cN/dtex and an elongation at break lower than 7.0%;the high-strength PVA filaments prepared by two different heat setting methods had the same melt crystallization properties,the melting peak temperature of the first heating was 239.82℃and the melting peak temperature of the second heating decreased to 232.29℃while the crystallization start temperature was 205.04℃and the crystallization peak temperature was 199.72℃;the dry heat shrinkage and shrinkage stress of high-strength PVA filaments prepared by two heat setting methods increased with the increase of temperature,and the upper service temperature limit of high-strength PVA filament was 200℃;shrinking heat setting treatment,compared with tension heat setting,contributed significantly lower dry heat shrinkage and shrinkage stress to high-strength PVA filament and effectively improved the dimensional stability of fibers.
