摘 要:以不同毛羽指数的30支全棉纱为原料,采取不同的纱染方式制备不同布种的全棉针织面料,从纱线毛羽指数、酶洗浓度、染缸提布轮速度、烧毛与酶洗去除毛羽方法等方面考察了各因素对全棉针织面料毛羽性能的影响。结果表明:当酶洗浓度小于等于1.0 g/L时,面料的毛羽指数为3.0~4.0,纱线毛羽指数对布样的毛羽性能有较大的影响,纱线毛羽指数越大,面料的毛羽指数越大,面料毛羽性能越差;当酶洗浓度为1.5 g/L时,面料的毛羽指数均为3.0,纱线毛羽指数对面料的毛羽性能影响不大;对于各个布种,染缸提布轮速度为300 m/min时面料的毛羽性能均好于提布轮速度为200 m/min时面料的毛羽性能,适当提高提布轮速度可以提升针织面料的毛羽性能;在去除毛羽方法方面,烧毛处理的面料的毛羽性能及抗起毛起球性能均比酶洗处理的面料的毛羽性能及抗起毛起球性能好,在全棉针织面料去除毛羽过程中烧毛工艺可以代替酶洗工艺。Using 30 count cotton yarn with different hairiness indices as raw materials,different types of cotton knitted fabrics were prepared by different yarn dyeing methods.The influential factors on the hairiness performance of cotton knitted fabrics was investigated from the aspects of yarn hairiness index,enzyme washing concentration,lifting roller velocity of dyeing vat and methods of singeing and enzyme washing to remove hairiness.The results showed that the hairiness index of the fabric was 3.0-4.0 when the enzyme washing concentration was not higher than 1.0 g/L,and the yarn hairiness index had a significant impact on the hairiness performance of the fabric samples;the higher the yarn hairiness index,the higher the hairiness index of the fabric,and the worse the hairiness performance of the fabric;the hairiness index of the fabric was 3.0,and the yarn hairiness index has little effect on the hairiness performance of the fabric when the enzyme washing concentration was 1.5 g/L;for various types of fabrics,the hairiness performance of the fabric was better at a dyeing vat lifting roller velocity of 300 m/min than that at a dyeing vat lifting roller velocity of 200 m/min,and increasing the lifting roller velocity appropriately can improve the hairiness performance of knitted fabrics;the fabric treated by singeing had better hairiness and anti-pilling properties than the fabric treated by enzyme washing,and the singeing process could replace the enzyme washing process in the process of removing hairiness from cotton knitted fabrics.
