摘 要:介绍了芳纶的化学结构、紫外老化特性和机理,综述了抗紫外多功能涂层改性芳纶的研究进展。芳纶的表面涂层改性根据功能的不同,主要可分为抗紫外涂层、导电涂层、抗菌涂层、阻燃涂层、疏水涂层及多功能涂层改性。涂层剂的种类可分为无机纳米涂层、有机高分子涂层、有机-无机纳米材料复合涂层。针对芳纶不同的应用场景及需求,总结了功能化涂层改性方法的优势及存在的问题,指出芳纶抗紫外涂层应兼具多功能化、高耐久性、高效节能和环境友好等特点。The chemical structure and ultraviolet(UV)aging characteristics and mechanism of aramid fiber were introduced.And the research progress of anti-UV multifunctional coating modified aramid fiber was reviewed.The surface coating modified of aramid fibers can be mainly divided into anti-UV coating,conductive coating,antibacterial coating,flame retardant coating,hydrophobic coating and multifunctional coating modifications according to their different functions.The varieties of coating agents include inorganic nanocoating,organic polymer coating and organic-inorganic nano-composite coating.Based on the different application scenarios and requirements of aramid fiber,the advantages and existing problems of the functional coating modification methods were summarized.It was pointed out that the research trend of anti-UV coatings for aramid fibers should be focused on the characteristics of multifunctionality,high durability,high efficiency,energy saving and environmental friendliness.
