摘 要:分析并预测了国内己内酰胺及下游尼龙6(PA 6)双向拉伸薄膜(BOPA)、PA 6纤维、PA 6工程塑料等产品的市场,介绍了中国石化己内酰胺的生产和营销现状及下游发展规划,并对今后己内酰胺的发展提出了建议。截至2023年底,国内己内酰胺产能为6780 kt/a,预计至2026年,国内己内酰胺产能将达到约8850 kt/a,与2023年相比增长31%,市场竞争力将进一步加大。预计2024—2028年,国内BOPA、PA 6纤维、PA 6工程塑料等仍将对己内酰胺的需求有一定增长,年均增大率为5.5%左右,但己内酰胺供给大于需求。目前,中国石油化工集团有限公司己内酰胺生产能力为1300 kt/a,约占国内总产能的19%,拥有具有自主知识产权的新一代己内酰胺绿色成套新技术。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,建议己内酰胺生产企业通过提升产品质量与服务,优化产业格局;扩展下游应用领域,制定未来产品结构;响应市场变化,灵活调整营销策略;强化低成本战略,发挥一体化产业链优势等,走差异化、特色化发展之路,提升竞争力。The market of caprolactam and its downstream products of biaxially oriented nylon 6(PA 6)film(BOPA),PA 6 fiber,PA 6 engineering plastics,etc.was analyzed and predicted in China.The production and marketing status of caprolactam and downstream development plans were introduced in SINOPEC.And the suggestions for the future development of caprolactam were put forward.The production capacity of caprolactam was 6780 kt/a at the end of 2023 and is expected to be about 8850 kt/a by 2026 in China,with an increase of 31%over 2023-2026,leading to more fierce market competition.The down-stream demand for caprolactam,such as BOPA,PA 6 fiber,PA 6 engineering plastics,etc.,is expected to be increasing with an average annual growth rate of about 5.5%in China over 2024-2028,but the supply of caprolactam will still exceed the demand.China Petrochemical Corporation(SINOPEC)possesses a caprolactam production capacity of 1300 kt/a by now,accounting for approximately 19%of the total production capacity in China.It also possesses a new generation of green and complete technology for caprolactam with independent intellectual property rights.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,it was suggested that caprolactam production enterprises should optimize their industrial pattern by improving product quality and services,expand downstream application field and develop future product structures,adapt marketing strategies to volatile market conditions,strengthen low-cost strategies and maximize the advantages of integrated industrial chains,and stimulate differentiated and distinctive development to enhance competitiveness.
