摘　　要：综述了民用丝级尼龙66(PA 66)切片的生产应用现状,重点阐述了民用丝级PA 66切片的生产技术难点。截至2023年底,国内PA 66切片产能为894 kt/a,其中民用丝级产能约占9%,预计随着己二腈国产化提速,PA 66切片将迎来扩产潮。与工程塑料级PA 66切片相比,民用丝级PA 66切片对相对分子质量、含水量、凝胶含量、染色性能的要求更高,生产难度更大。PA 66切片下游民用长丝在高档内衣、无缝服饰、高档瑜伽服、高档户外运动服饰等领域应用前景巨大。指出今后PA 66民用长丝发展应重点提高民用丝级PA 66切片的品质、长丝的良品率、染色上染率和均匀性。The production and application status of nylon 66(PA 66)chip for civil fiber were reviewed.And the technical difficulties in producing PA 66 chip for civil fiber were emphatically described.The production capacity of PA 66 chips was 894 kt/a at the end of 2023,of which the civil fiber grade production capacity accounted for about 9%.It was expected that with the acceleration of adiponitrile localization,there will be a wave of PA 66 chip production expansion in the future.Compared with engineering plastic grade PA 66 chips,civil grade PA 66 chips were more difficult to be produced due to the higher requirements on relative molecular mass,water content,gel content,dyeing property.The downstream civil filament of PA 66 chip has splendid application prospects in the fields of high-end underwear,seamless clothing,high-end yoga clothes,high-end outdoor sports wear,etc..It was pointed out that the future development of civil PA 66 filament should be focused on improving the quality of civil PA 66 chips,the yield rate of filament,the dyeing rate and uniformity.
