摘 要:研究了湖北电网输电线路走廊地表特征的分类,特别是植被生长情况的监测。通过利用卫星遥感影像技术,结合高分辨率和多光谱数据,实现了对输电线路及其周边环境的全方位监测。研究中提出了一种多层次、多角度的监测方案,并采用空天地立体感知技术,提高了监测的效率和精度。还探讨了在特定紧急情况下卫星遥感技术的应用潜力,如山火风险评估系统的研发和应用。通过对遥感图像的预处理、特征描述和分类方法的深入分析,不仅提高了分类的准确性和效率,还为电力系统的安全管理提供了可靠的技术支持。This paper mainly studies the classification of surface characteristics of transmission line corridors of Hubei power grid,especially the monitoring of vegetation growth.By utilizing satellite remote sensing image technology,the paper combines high-resolution and multispectral data to achieve the comprehensive monitoring of the transmission line and its surrounding environment.In the paper,a multi-level and multi-angle monitoring scheme is proposed,and the spatial perception technology is adopted to improve the efficiency and accuracy of monitoring.In addition,the application potential of satellite remote sensing technology in specific emergency situations and the development and application of mountain fire risk assessment system are also discussed.Through in-depth analysis of remote sensing image preprocessing,feature description,and classification methods,not only is improved the accuracy and efficiency of classification,but is provided a reliable technical support for the safety management of power systems.
