摘 要:对湖北新能源装机、发电量、利用小时数、出力以及中长期晚峰支撑能力置信度开展了全面分析。2023年,湖北电网新能源装机容量显著增长,光伏装机容量增长尤为迅猛。新能源累计发电量和占全社会用电量比例持续上升,显示了新能源在电力结构中的重要作用。然而,随着新能源装机的快速增长,电网调峰能力不足限制新能源消纳的问题逐渐显现,导致午间新能源弃电问题突出。据测算,2024年新能源装机将进一步增长,午间调峰形势可能恶化,分布式光伏的迅猛发展也可能对电网安全稳定运行造成影响。针对这些问题,提出了加强火电调峰能力、推动新型储能建设、优化电网资源配置等建议,以促进新能源的健康、稳定和可持续发展。This paper makes comprehensively analyses on the installed capacity,electricity generation,utilization hours,output,and medium and long-term late peak support capacity confidence of new energy in Hubei.In 2023,the installed capacity of new energy in Hubei power grid increased significantly,with a particularly rapid increase in photovoltaic installed capacity.The cumulative power generation of new energy and its proportion of electricity consumption in the whole society continues to rise,showing the important role of new energy in the power structure.However,with the rapid growth of new energy installed capacity,the insufficient peak regulation capacity of the power grid has gradually become a problem that limits the absorption of new energy,resulting in prominent problem of new energy power abandonment at midday.According to estimates,the installed capacity of new energy will further increase in 2024,and the situation of midday peak regulation may deteriorate.The rapid development of distributed photovoltaics may also affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In response to these issues,the paper proposes suggestions of strengthening thermal power peaking capacity,promoting the construction of new energy storage,and optimizing the allocation of power grid resources,so as to urge the healthy,stable and sustainable development of new energy.
