摘  要:农村偏远地区宽带线、闭路线等通信光缆为节约成本借助电力配电线路杆塔架设的现象日益增多,然而与配电线路同杆架设的通信光缆内部金属构件(加强芯)会因电磁耦合而产生感应电。为研究配电线路对下方同杆架设的通信光缆加强芯上的感应电压、电流的影响规律,利用电磁暂态仿真软件ATP/EMTP建立了配电线路、通信光缆同杆模型,推导了通信光缆加强芯感应电量的产生机理,计算了线—缆垂直距离h、接地点位置d、线—缆同杆长度l、雷电过电压等因素对光缆加强芯感应电量的影响。计算结果表明:加强件不接地端的感应电压、接地端的感应电流都与缆—线间距h成反比;加强芯一点接地时,不同接地点的感应电流始终为12.23mA,加强芯任一点电位与其到接地点的距离成正比;同杆距离越长,感应电压和感应电流越大。In rural and remote areas,broadband lines,closed-circuit lines and other communication optical cables are increasingly erected with the help of power distribution line pylons in order to save costs.However,the internal metal components(cable reinforcing cores)of communication optical cables erected with distribution lines on the same pylons will generate induced electricity due to electromagnetic coupling.In order to study the influence law of distribution line on the induced voltage and current on the reinforcing core of the communication optical cable below installed on the same pylons,this paper uses the ATP/EMTP(Electromagnetic Transient Program)simulation software to establish the same-pylon model of distribution line and communication cable,then derives the generation mechanism of induced electric quantity on the reinforcing core of communication optical cable,and finally calculates the effects of the cable-distribution line vertical distance h,ground point location d,length l of the same-pylon cable-distribution line,and lightning surge on the induced electric quantity of the cable reinforcing core.The calculated results are shown as follows:Both the induced voltage and the induced current at the ungrounded end of the stiffener are inversely proportional to the distance h between the cable and distribution line.When the reinforcing core is grounded at one point,the induced current at different ground points is always 12.23mA,and the potential at any point of the core is directly proportional to its distance to the ground point.The longer the same-pylon cable-distribution line,the greater the induced voltage and current.
