摘 要:采用CFD数值模拟方法,以秦淮新河泵站为研究对象,开展泵站前池流态分析及改善措施的数值模拟研究。结果表明在超低水位工况下,前池导流墩附近存在大面积的回流区影响边机组的进水条件,导致导流墙边机组的流速均匀度和加权平均角远低于其他机组。增设圆形通水孔和“Y”形导流墩均可改善前池内的流态,消除导流墙附近的不良流态,提高边机组的流速均匀度及加权平均角,研究成果可为同类泵站优化改造提供参考。Using the CFD numerical simulation method and taking the Qinhuaixinhe Pump Station as the research object,a numerical simulation study on the flow pattern analysis and improvement measures of the forebay of the pump station is carried out.The results show that under the condition of ultra-low water level,there is a large area of recirculation zone near the diversion pier of the fore bay,which seriously affects the water inlet condition of the side unit,resulting in the flow velocity uniformity and weighted average angle of the side unit being much lower than that of the other units.The addition of circular water holes and Y-shaped diversion pier can improve the flow pattern in the fore bay,eliminate the bad flow pattern near the diversion wall,and improve the flow velocity uniformity and weighted average angle of the side unit.The research results can provide a reference for the design and transformation of pumping stations.
