摘　　要：卷扬式启闭机因构造较简单且维护检修方便,被广泛采用于各类型的泵闸工程中,闸门启闭机设备以其机电设备稳定可靠的特点保障了水利工程安全稳定运行。结合苏州市城区防洪工程娄江枢纽,分析快速闸门卷扬式启闭机性能特点及存在问题,提出合理的解决方案,对启闭机的制动系统进行优化改造,从而进一步提高运行的可靠性。Due to its simple structure and convenient maintenance and repair,the winch type hoist has been widely used in various types of pump and gate projects.The gate hoist equipment,with its stable and reliable mechanical and electrical characteristics,ensures the safe and stable operation of water conservancy projects.Combined with the Loujiang Hub of the urban flood control project in Suzhou,this paper analyzes the performance characteristics and existing problems of the fast gate hoisting hoist,proposes reasonable solutions,optimizes and transforms the braking system of the hoist,and further improves the reliability of operation.
