江西省民办高校内涵式发展过程中的不足与对策

摘　　要：教育兴国,人才强国。党的二十大报告指出,要长期促进高等教育的高质量发展。民办高等教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在经历了外延式快速发展之后,已进入内涵式发展阶段。江西省高等教育整体稍显薄弱,其民办高校的发展在本省高等人才培养中扮演着重要的角色。高质量发展是民办高校的发展主线,更是生命线。找准学校发展定位,突出学校发展特色,不断提升应用型人才培养质量,这是江西省民办高校内涵式发展的重中之重。Education revitalizes the country,and talents strengthen the country.The report of the 20th national congress of the Communist Party of China points out that it is necessary to promote the high-quality development of higher education in the long term.As an important part of China’s higher education,private higher education has entered the stage of connotative development after experiencing the rapid extensive development.The overall higher education in Jiangxi province is weak slightly,and the development of private universities plays an important role in the training of higher talents in the province.High-quality development is the main line and also the lifeline for the development of private universities.It is the top priority of the connotative development of private universities in Jiangxi province to find out the development orientation of the school,highlight the features in the development of the school,and constantly improve the quality of application-oriented talents.
