新质生产力视域下数据要素参与分配的生成机理研究——基于马克思主义政治经济学的视角

摘　　要：数据要素是社会再生产的新动能,是新质生产力的核心要素。数字经济时代数据要素深入渗透到生产、分配、交换和消费的各个环节,对其他生产要素产生放大、叠加、倍增效应。由于数据要素的特殊性,使得数据要素发挥作用的具体形式与传统生产要素存在明显差异,使社会经济运行的各个环节产生了深刻变革,催生了一系列崭新的生产关系。基于生产决定分配的基本原理,只有立足于数据要素的经济运行过程,对数据要素在整个社会再生产的各个环节中的作用进行归纳,厘清其作用机制,才能进一步为更好地发展新质生产力和推进数据要素参与分配提供理论基础。Data element is the new energy for social reproduction,and it is the core element of the new quality productive forces.In the era of digital economy,data element has penetrated into all links of production,distribution,exchange and consumption,and it has produced magnified,superimposed,multiplied effects on other production elements.Due to the particularity of data element,the concrete form of data element in playing a role is obviously different from the traditional production elements,which brings about profound changes in all the links of social and economic operation and gives birth to a series of new productive relations.Based on the basic principle that production determines distribution,only by observing the data element in the economic operation process,summarizing the role of data element in all the links of social reproduction,and clarifying its mechanism,is it possible to provide the theoretical basis for better developing the new quality productive forces and promoting the data element’s participation in distribution.
