摘  要:以弹塑性理论为基础推导出考虑巷道支护阻力作用的三维应力场下的围岩塑性区近似解。以羊场湾煤矿160206回风巷道为工程背景,采用理论分析及数值模拟的方法,研究支护阻力对巷道围岩塑性区尺寸的影响。研究表明:围岩塑性区形态为“类蝶形”或“椭圆形”时,支护阻力的提高对围岩塑性区的控制效果较为显著;当围岩塑性区形态为“蝶形”时,支护阻力的提高对围岩的控制效果有限。锚杆、索支护的主要作用是将上部破碎岩层悬吊在稳定岩层中,控制围岩的非连续变形。叠加采动影响巷道的稳定性控制思路主要为:调控围岩应力环境、改变支护结构和蝶叶敏感区重点支护。基于该控制理念,对160206回风巷道叠加采动影响区提供加强支护方案,巷道围岩稳定性得到显著提高。Based on the elastoplastic theory,the approximate solution for the plastic zone of the surrounding rock under the three-dimensional stress field considering the roadway support resistance is derived.Based on the engineering background of 160206 return airway in Yangchangwan Coal Mine,the influence of support resistance on the plastic zone size of roadway surrounding rock is studied by theore-tical analysis and numerical simulation.The research shows that in cases where the shape of the surrounding rock's plastic zone resembles a“butterfly”or“oval”,the improvement of support resistance significantly contributes to controlling the plastic zone.However,in instances where the surrounding rock's plastic zone appears“butterfly”shaped,the efficacy of improving support resistance on rock control is restricted.The main function of bolt and cable support is to suspend the upper broken rock strata in the stable rock strata and control the discontinuous deformation of surrounding rock.Strategies for maintaining the stability of roadways impacted by superimposed mining primarily involve adjusting the stress conditions of the surrounding rock,modifying support structures,and implementing key support in butterfly-sensitive areas.Based on this control concept,a strengthened support scheme is provided for the superimposed mining-affected area of 160206 return air roadway,and the stability of roadway surrounding rock is significantly improved.
