十二烷基硫酸钠对碱激发煤气化渣充填料浆封存CO_(2)及流变性能的影响

摘  要:利用碱激发煤气化渣充填料浆(ACP)封存CO_(2)能实现煤气化渣资源化利用和CO_(2)封存目标,但CO_(2)封存对ACP流变性有负面影响,探索了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作为引气剂对ACP流变性和CO_(2)封存性能的调控作用。研究表明:掺入SDS后,ACP内形成大量的气泡,气泡可封存CO_(2)并为碳酸钙的生成提供成核位点,同时具有“降黏和滚珠润滑”效应,因此,SDS能显著改善ACP的CO_(2)封存量和流变性能。SDS的最佳掺量为2%时,ACP的CO_(2)封存量达到最大,屈服应力、塑性黏度和回滞环面积达到最小值。然而,掺入过量SDS时,由于气泡的破裂融合,ACP的比表面积和孔隙体积下降,CO_(2)封存量减少,润滑效果变差。此外,碳足迹分析发现,SDS掺入可显著减少ACP的碳排放量,达到碳减排目标。Using alkali-activated coal gasification slag backfill pastes(ACP)to sequester CO_(2)can achieve coal gasification slag utilization and CO_(2)sequestration goals,while the rheological properties of ACP are negatively affected by CO_(2)sequestration.This paper applying sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as an air entraining agent to optimize the rheological and CO_(2)sequestration properties of ACP.The results show that numerous bubbles occur inside ACP after the addition of SDS,the bubbles have effect of“viscosity reduction and ball lubrication”and can act as nucleation site for calcite,resulting in improving of the CO_(2)sequestration and rheological properties of ACP.Additionally,at 2%SDS dosage,the yield stress,plastic viscosity,and hysteresis loop area decrease to the lowest value,and the CO_(2)sequestration amount of ACP reaches its maximum.However,with excessive SDS,it is found that the specific surface area and pore volume of ACP decrease,resulting in the decrease of CO_(2)sequestration.Additionally,according to a carbon footprint analysis,adding SDS can decrease carbon emission throughout the ACP lifecycle,and help accomplish carbon reduction goals.
