术中快速与术后常规免疫组织化学染色效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨术中冷冻切片快速免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)技术在术中快速病理诊断中的应用效果。方法:对17例术中常见送检的乳腺、肺、甲状腺病变标本应用术中冷冻切片快速免疫组织化学技术检测广谱细胞角蛋白(Cytokeratin Pan,CKpan)、细胞角蛋白5/6(Cytokeratin 5/6,CK5/6)、细胞角蛋白19(Cytokeratin 19,CK19)、甲状腺转录因子-1(thyriod transcription factor-1,TTF-1)和P63蛋白的表达,并与术后常规免疫组织化学染色效果进行比较。结果:术中冷冻切片快速IHC与术后常规IHC对CKpan、CK5/6、CK19和TTF-1蛋白的染色部位一致,染色强度相似。结论:术中快速免疫组织化学技术对常见阳性标志物的染色效果与常规免疫组织化学技术接近。Objective:To investigate the effect of intraoperative frozen section rapid immunohistochemistry in rapid pathological diagnosis during surgery.Methods:The expression of Cytokeratin Pan(CKpan),Cytokeratin 5/6(CK5/6),Cytokeratin 19(CK19),thyriod transcription factor-1(TTF-1) and P63 protein in 17 cases of breast,lung and thyroid specimens was detected by intraoperative frozen section rapid immunohistochemistry,and the results were compared with postoperative routine immunohistochemistry staining.Results:Through comprehensive comparative analysis,it was found that the staining sites of CKpan,CK5/6,CK19,and TTF-1 were consistent during and after surgery,and the staining intensity was also similar.Conclusion:The staining effect of intraoperative rapid immunohistochemistry on common positive expression markers is similar to that of routine immunohistochemistry staining.
