摘  要:通过原子转移自由基聚合的方法合成以八面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)为核、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFB-MA)为臂的星型POSS嵌段共聚物POSS-(PHFBMA)8,以不同比例的N,N-二甲基丙酰胺(DMF)和四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,通过调控纺丝液中聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)、POSS嵌段共聚物和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(季铵盐抗菌剂)的配比,利用静电纺丝方法制备具有规整纤维结构和多孔结构的纺丝薄膜;分析了纺丝液组成对静电纺丝纤维的表面形貌、纺丝膜表面疏水性能和抗菌性能的影响。静电纺丝膜的接触角最大为162.4°,对金黄葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀菌率达到100%。The star shaped POSS block copolymer POSS-(HFBMA)8 with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS)as the core and hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(HFBMA)as the arm is synthesized by atom transfer radical polymerization.The films with regular fiber structure and porous structure are prepared by electrospinning by adjusting the ratio of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF),POSS block copolymer and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(antibacterial agent)in the spinning solution,as well as the ratio of N,N-dimethylpropionamide(DMF)and tetrahydrofuran(THF)as solvents.The effects of spinning solution composition on the surface morphology of electrospun fibers,surface hydrophobic properties and antibacterial properties of electrospun membranes are analyzed.The electrospun film shows the maximum contact angle of 162.4°,and it can achieve a 100% bactericidal rate against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
