摘 要:传统涤纶超细纤维织物通常采用高温高压染色,存在能耗较高的问题。采用迭代涤纶替代常规涤纶,并以分散红NP-FB、分散黄E-GL、分散蓝2BLN为例,研究迭代涤纶超细纤维织物染色工艺条件。结果表明:在温度100~110℃、时间为30min、pH为5~6的条件下,迭代涤纶超细纤维织物染色效果最好,上染率可达98%以上,K/S值和上染率均高于普通涤纶超细纤维织物,耐干湿摩擦色牢度均在4~5级及以上,且迭代涤纶超细纤维织物吸水率比普通涤纶高。Traditional polyester microfiber fabrics are usually dyed at high temperature and high pressure,which has the problem of high energy consumption.In this paper,iterative polyester is used to replace conventional polyester to obtain microfiber fabrics that can be dyed at 100-110℃ with Disperse Red NP-FB,Disperse Yellow E-GL and Disperse Blue 2BLN,and the process conditions are optimized.The results show that the iterative polyester microfiber fabric has the best dyeing effect under the conditions of dyeing temperature of 100-110℃,dyeing time of 30 min and dyeing pH of 5-6,and the dyeing rate can reach more than 98%.The K/S value and dyeing rate of the dyed iterative polyester microfiber fabric are higher than those of ordinary polyester microfiber fabrics,and the color fastnesses to dry and wet rubbing are at Grade 4-5 and above.In addition,the water absorption rate of iterative polyester microfiber fabric is higher than that of ordinary polyester.
