摘 要:为替代或降低活性染料印花中海藻酸钠(SA)的应用,采用捏合机半干法制备了羧甲基淀粉(CMS-Na)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na),并按比例进行复配,探究复配比例与糊料理化性能的关系,以及其对印花效果的影响。结果表明:随复配糊料中CMC-Na用量的增加,原糊的耐剪切性逐渐提高,PVI值逐渐变大,抱水性、耐储存稳定性也逐渐提升,复配糊料与印花助剂具有较好的化学相容性;当复配糊料中CMC-Na占比为60%时,印花织物的K/S值、脱糊率较好,有望替代海藻酸钠用于活性染料印花。In order to replace or reduce the application of sodium alginate(SA)in reactive dye printing,carboxymethyl starch(CMS-Na)and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)are prepared by semi-dry method and are compounded in proportion to investigate the relationship between the compounding ratio and the physical properties of the paste,as well as the influence on the printing effect.The results show that with the increase of the proportion of CMC-Na in the compound paste,the resistance to shear and PVI value of the stock thickner gradually increase,the water retention and storage stability are gradually improved,and the compound paste has good chemical compatibility with the printing auxiliaries.When the proportion of CMC-Na in the compound paste is 60%,the K/S value and desizing rate of the printed fabric are similar to those of sodium alginate,which indicates that it has the potential to replace sodium alginate in reactive dye printing.
