摘  要:为提高聚酯(PET)纤维的抗菌性能,将纳米ZnO与PET切片共混,经双螺杆挤出机熔融混合挤出造粒,制备ZnO/PET母粒,经熔融纺丝制备不同ZnO含量的PET纤维。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)和抗菌测试等对改性前后PET纤维进行结构表征与性能测试。结果表明:纳米ZnO的添加对聚酯纤维的形貌影响不大,热稳定性增加,结晶度降低,断裂强度有一定程度下降;当纳米ZnO质量分数为7%时,改性聚酯纤维具有优异的抑菌性能,对大肠埃希菌的抑菌率达到95.9%。In order to improve the antibacterial performance of polyester(PET)fibers,nano ZnO is blended with PET chips and melt mixed by twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation to prepare ZnO/PET masterbatch.PET fibers with different ZnO contents are prepared by melt spinning.Structural characterization and performance testing of PET fibers before and after modification are conducted using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and antibacterial testing.The results show that the addition of nano ZnO has little effect on the morphology of polyester fibers,but can improve thermal stability,reduce crystallinity and decrease the breaking strength to a certain extent of PET fiber.When the concentration of nano ZnO is 7%,the antibacterial rate of modified polyester fiber against Escherichia coli can reach 95.9%,demonstrating excellent antibacterial performance.
