摘  要:针对云南某氧化金矿,依据矿石性质,分析了金蝉(金蝉(JC))环保型浸金剂与氰化钠的柱浸浸出效果。结果表明,在相同工艺条件下,采用金蝉(JC)环保型浸金剂浸出金矿,可获得与氰化钠浸出相当的浸金技术指标,且生产成本相差不大。在柱浸较佳的浸出粒度为-20mm,采用金蝉(JC)环保型浸金剂经过24~26天浸出时间,可获金浸出率87.11%,金蝉(JC)环保型浸金剂耗量504g/t的技术指标。在生产上可替代氰化钠堆浸作业,具有良好的应用前景。Based on the ore properties of an oxidized gold deposit in Yunnan,the column leaching effects of environmentally friendly gold leaching agentJinchan(JC)and sodium cyanide were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that under the same process conditions,using environmentally friendly leaching agent Jinchan(JC)to leach gold ore can achieve leaching technical indicators equivalent to sodium cyanide leaching,andthe production cost difference is small.The optimal leaching particle size for column leaching was -20mm.After 24 to 26 days leaching using environmentally friendly leaching agent Jinchan(JC),a gold leaching rate of 87.11% were obtainedwith a consumption of 504g/t.This agent can replace sodium cyanide in heap leaching operations and shows promising application prospects.
