摘　　要：在目前云技术大数据背景下,地质技术也全面进入新的信息技术时代。通过强化科技创新引领的作用,建立和完善相关管理制度和标准体系,严格控制项目的过程,尤其是项目立项、项目设计、项目实施、野外验收、报告编制、评审验收等方面,制定合理、公开、透明的项目管理措施。建立与社会经济发展相适应的地质项目管理新体系,更好地提高地质项目管理水平,提升地勘单位市场竞争力,为新形势下地质找矿提供决策支撑和便捷的管理模式。In the current context of cloud technology and big data,geological technology has fully entered a new era of information technology.By enhancing the role of technological innovation,relevant management systems and standards should be established and improved.The project processes should be strictly controlled,especially in aspects such as project initiation,design,implementation,field verification,report preparation,and reviewand acceptance.A reasonable,open,and transparent project management measure,and a new geological project management system that is compatible with social and economic development are needed to be established to better improve geological project management levels.These measurescould enhance the market competitiveness of geological exploration units and provide decision-making support and convenient management models for geological exploration under the new situation.
