摘 要:雷雨等极端天气下电动机会发生晃电现象,从而导致电动机停机,为及时启动电动机,降低不必要的损失,提出基于PLC的电动机低电压自起动技术。该方法依据建立的电动机数学模型,分析电动机启动原理,制定自启动器的设计要求;再基于提出的设计要求设计自启动器,并利用PLC控制模型对自启动器实施不间断控制,基于控制结果完成启动器的控制,实现电动机的低电压自起动技术研究。实验结果表明,使用该方法对电动机自启动时,节能效果较好,自启动性能较高。In extreme weather such as thunderstorm,the electric motor shakes,which causes the motor to stop.In order to start the motor in time and reduce unnecessary losses,the low voltage self starting technology of the motor based on PLC is proposed.According to the established mathematical model of the motor,the starting principle of the motor is analyzed and the design requirements of the self starter are formulated.Then the self starter is designed based on the proposed design requirements,and the PLC control model is used to implement uninterrupted control of the self starter.Based on the control results,the control of the starter is completed,and the low-voltage self starting technology of the motor is realized.The experimental results show that this method has better energy saving effect and higher self starting performance when the motor is self started.
