摘  要:针对控制策略单一和分布式控制程序响应用时较长的问题,提出基于分布式控制系统的光电传感器智能控制方法。采用分布式控制系统的分级递阶结构控制光电传感器的监测过程,面向不同被控传感器和要求采用顺序控制、模拟控制或程序控制策略,操作人员通过分布式控制系统中的CRT操作站远程控制光电传感器;分布式控制系统中监控级采用组态王6.03构建光电传感器监控软件,对传感器运行状态进行实时监控、报警和调整。实验结果说明,该方法控制光电传感器响应用时均值约为5.55 ms,监控故障平均鲁棒性和平均效率值分别为97.66%和97.04%。控制策略多样,响应用时较短,实现光电传感器的快速、稳定控制。Aiming at the problems of single control strategy and long response time of distributed control program,an intelligent control method of photoelectric sensor based on distributed control system is proposed.The hierarchical structure of the distributed control system is adopted to control the monitoring process of the photoelectric sensor.The sequential control,analog control or program control strategy is adopted for different controlled sensors and requirements.The operator remotely controls the photoelectric sensor through the CRT operation station in the distributed control system.In the monitoring level of the distributed control system.Kingview 6.03 is used to build the photoelectric sensor monitoring software to monitor,alarm and adjust the sensor running status in real time.The experimental results show that the average response time of the photoelectric sensor controlled by this method is about 5.55 ms,and the average robustness and average efficiency of the monitoring fault are 97.66%and 97.04%respectively.The control strategies are various and the response time is short,so the fast and stable control of the photoelectric sensor is realized.
