全封闭气体绝缘设备高压尖端局部放电的试验研究

摘　　要：对全封闭气体绝缘设备在高压尖端缺陷下局部放电机理及特征表现进行研究,通过对全封闭气体绝缘设备中可能出现的不同尺寸的高压尖端缺陷模型设置,分别采用脉冲电流法和特高频法进行局部放电信号的采集检测,获取了局部放电信号的特征表现,分析了尖端放电的过程机理。试验结果表明:全封闭气体绝缘设备的高压尖端缺陷局部放电与实验室内短间隙、低气压模拟推论及模型仿真所得到的特征表现显著不同,其试验结果的特征表现为交流电压正半周脉冲信号幅值及能量均显著高于负半周,且集中在交流电压峰值稍前相位。基于试验过程中局部放电的特征表现及特性对局部放电机理演变过程进行了分析探讨。This paper mainly discusses the totally enclosed gas insulated equipment under high pressure point defect to study the characteristics and the mechanism of partial discharge,through the closed gas insulated equipment that may occur in the different sizes of high-tension point defect model set,respectively by the methods of pulse current and UHF,partial discharge signals detection experiment analysis is the study of the characteristics of partial discharge signals and process performance The mechanism.The experimental results show that the partial discharge characteristics of high voltage tip in long gap high pressure SF6,fully enclosed gas insulation equipment show that the amplitude and energy of ac voltage pulse signal in positive half cycle is significantly higher than that in negative half cycle,which is obviously different from the local discharge characteristics in traditional air and short gap low pressure.The mechanism evolution of partial discharge process is analyzed and discussed,stable partial discharge is dominated by glow discharge,including brush discharge and pilot discharge.
