摘  要:针对中性点经消弧线圈并小电阻灵活接地系统发生高阻性接地故障时,零序保护无法正常动作的问题,提出一种基于零序电流、零序电压幅值相位差异的故障识别方法。首先,分析了发生高阻接地故障时,不同类型线路间零序电流的幅值特征差异。其次,根据灵活接地系统中性点小电阻投入前后,非故障线路、故障线路零序电流与母线零序电压的相角差异提出故障识别判据。最后,通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性。Aiming at the difficulty that the zero sequence protection fails to operat when the high resistance grounding fault occurs in the neutral point through the peterson coil parallel with a low resistance system.A fault identification strategy is proposed by using the amplitude and phase difference of zero sequence voltage and zero sequence current.First,the amplitude characteristics of zero sequence voltage of sound line and zero sequence current of faulty line in high impedance fault are analyzed.Then,According to the phase difference between the zero sequence voltage of the bus bar and the zero sequence current of the faulty line before and after the small resistance is put into operation,a fault identification criterion is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation.
