摘 要:传统PLC编程方式存在编程工作量巨大和对CPU运算要求高的缺点。因此,本文设计了一种字处理的方式对此进行运算,并将其模块化。每个模块可同时处理16、32或64个设备,根据设备数量调用不同数量的模块。字处理通过字的与、或、非、取反、异或等逻辑运算处理设备的开关量状态,实现设备的手动、自动运行,报警处理,报警屏蔽和确认等功能。该方法已在西门子1500系列PLC中编程实现,并成功应用于多个项目中,现场运行稳定,对CPU运算量起到了极大的降低作用。使用字处理方式处理大批量设备,不仅可以降低对CPU运算的要求,还可以提高编程速度,减少编程工作量,且逻辑思维明确,不易出错。The traditional PLC programming method has the disadvantage of huge programming workload and high CPU calculation requirements.Therefore,this paper designs a word processing method to solve this problem and modularizes it.Each module can process 16,32 or 64 devices simultaneously,and different numbers of modules are called according to the number of devices.Word processing processes the switching state of devices through logical operations such as AND、OR、NOT、invert and exclusive or of words,and realizes the functions of manual and automatic operation of devices,alarm processing,alarm suppression and confirmation.This method has been implemented in the Siemens 1500 series PLC and successfully applied to many projects.The field operation is stable and has greatly reduced the CPU calculation requirements.Using word processing to handle a large number of devices not only reduces the CPU calculation requirements,but also improves programming speed,reduces programming workload,and has clear logical thinking,making it less likely to make mistakes.
