健脾固肾膏治疗气虚质慢性疲劳综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾固肾膏治疗气虚质慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:将120例气虚质慢性疲劳综合征患者按随机数字表法分对照组和干预组各60例。2组均接受健康宣教,在此基础上,对照组予谷维素治疗,干预组予健脾固肾膏治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后疲劳量表(MFI-20)评分、生活质量评分及气虚质评分,检测2组治疗前后免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM及补体C3、C4水平,并评估安全性。结果:治疗后,干预组总有效率为66.67%,高于对照组10.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平较治疗前升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组MFI-20积分均较治疗前降低,且干预组MFI-20积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组气虚质积分较治疗前下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组生活质量量表各领域评分及总积分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),且干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾固肾膏可以调节气虚质慢性疲劳综合征患者的免疫功能,改善相关临床症状和体质状态,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Gushen Soft Extract on chronic fatigue syndrome of qi deficiency constitution.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of qi deficiency constitution were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received health education.In addition,the control group was treated with Oryzanol,and the intervention group was treated with Jianpi Gushen Soft Extract.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated;the scores of 20-Item Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory(MFI-20),36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)and qi deficiency constitution were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.The levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM and complements C3 and C4 were detected before and after treatment in the two groups,and the safety was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 66.67%in the intervention group,higher than that of 10.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 in the intervention group were increased when compared with those before treatment,and the above five levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MFI-20 scores in the two groups were reduced when compared with those before treatment,and the MFI-20 score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of qi deficiency constitution in the intervention group was lower than that before treatment,and the above score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each field and total score of SF-36 in the two groups were elevated when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Gushen Soft Extract can regulate the immune function of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of qi deficien
