加味银翘散方治疗小儿急性上呼吸道腺病毒感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味银翘散方治疗小儿急性上呼吸道腺病毒(ADV)感染伴发热的疗效。方法:选取64例急性上呼吸道ADV感染伴发热患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组33例及对照组31例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予加味银翘散方联合常规治疗。比较2组临床疗效及不同时间段患儿体温变化情况,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效为93.9%,对照组为51.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗24 h、48 h、72 h体温均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味银翘散方治疗急性上呼吸道ADV感染伴发热患儿能快速退热,有效缓解临床症状,提高疗效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Yinqiao San Prescription on acute upper respiratory tract infection caused by adenovirus(ADV)complicated with fever in children.Methods:A total of 64 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection caused by ADV complicated with fever were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 33 and 31 cases in each group respectively.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received a combination of modified Yinqiao San Prescription and conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy and temperature changes at different time periods were compared between the two groups,and the changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical effective rate was 93.9%in the observation group and 51.6%in the control group,with the difference being significant(P<0.05).The temperatures in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 24,48,and 72 hours of treatment,with differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection caused by ADV complicated with fever,the modified Yinqiao San Prescription can rapidly bring down a fever,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve the therapeutic effects.
