脐针疗法治疗椎体成形术后残余腰背痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脐针疗法治疗椎体成形术(PVP)后残余腰背痛的临床疗效。方法:将PVP后残余腰背痛患者72例按随机数字表法分为脐针组和对照组,每组36例。脐针组给予脐针疗法治疗,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗。治疗前、治疗后、治疗后随访1个月,比较2组疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、现在疼痛状况(PPI)评分、简明McGill量表(SF-MPQ)总分、改良Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分。结果:治疗后、随访时,2组PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分、SF-MPQ总分及改良ODI评分均较治疗前降低,脐针组PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分、SF-MPQ总分及改良ODI评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脐针疗法治疗PVP后残余腰背痛,能明显缓解患者的疼痛症状,促进术后早期康复,且疗效优于口服止痛药,临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of umbilical needle therapy in treating residual lower back pain after vertebroplasty.Methods:A total of 72 patients with residual lower back pain after vertebroplasty were randomly divided into the umbilical needle group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The umbilical needle group received the umbilical needle therapy,while the control group received the oral administration with Celecoxib Capsules.Before treatment,after treatment,and after one month of follow-up,the scores of the Pain Rating Index(PRI),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Present Pain Status(PPI),and modified Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),as well as the total scores of brief McGill Pain Qestionnaire(SF-MPQ),were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment and at follow-up,the PRI,VAS,PPI,SF-MPQ,and the modified ODI scores all decreased compared with the pre-treatment scores,while the PRI,VAS,PPI,SF-MPQ,and the modified ODI scores were lower than the corresponding control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Umbilical needle therapy for residual lower back pain after vertebroplasty can significantly alleviate pain symptoms and promote early postoperative recovery,and it is more effective than oral administration of analgesics,with significant clinical efficacy.
