活血化瘀止痛贴穴位贴敷联合体外冲击波治疗跟腱炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀止痛贴穴位贴敷联合体外冲击波治疗跟腱炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取跟腱炎患者80例,按治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组予体外冲击波疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用活血化瘀止痛贴穴位贴敷治疗,2组均治疗4周。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分及美国矫形外科足踝协会踝-后足功能评分(AOAFS),并记录患者不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组67.5%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组ADL评分、AOFAS评分均较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且观察组ADL评分、AOFAS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀止痛贴穴位贴敷联合体外冲击波治疗跟腱炎的临床疗效较好,可降低患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,促进踝关节活动功能的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of point application with Huoxue Huayu Zhitong Paste combined with extracorporeal shock wave on achilles tendinitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with achilles tendinitis were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with point application with Huoxue Huayu Zhitong Paste based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment for both groups lasted for four weeks.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated;the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Activity of Daily Living(ADL)Scale and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOAFS)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the incidence of adverse reactions of patients was recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group,higher than that of 67.5%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of ADL and AOFAS in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of ADL and AOFAS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point application with Huoxue Huayu Zhitong Paste combined with extracorporeal shock wave has a great clinical effect on achilles tendinitis,which can reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of normal ankle joint activity.
