铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋针对气虚痰浊型糖尿病前期伴肥胖患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋针对气虚痰浊型糖尿病前期伴肥胖患者的影响。方法:选择40例气虚痰浊型糖尿病前期伴肥胖患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组及试验组各20例,观察组给予常规饮食运动指导,试验组给予铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋针治疗。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胆固醇、体质量指数、腰围、臀围的变化。结果:治疗后,试验组餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c、胆固醇值均小于对照组(P<0.05);空腹血糖组内组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组体质量指数、腰围、臀围均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),试验组体质量指数、腰围、臀围均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋针可减轻糖尿病前期伴肥胖患者体质量,减少腰臀围值,降脂,降低餐后血糖值。Objective:To observe the effect of copper bian-stone scrapping combined with auricular point embedding needle on pre-diabetes patients with obesity of qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity type.Methods:A total of 40 cases of pre-diabetes patients with obesity of qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity type were randomly divided into the observation group and the trial group,each with 20 cases.The observation group was given regular dietary and exercise guidance,and the trial group was treated with copper bian-stone scraping combined with auricular point embedding needle.Both groups were treated for three months.Compared the changes in blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),cholesterol,body mass index,waist circumference,and hip circumference between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,HbA1c,and cholesterol levels in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose levels between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the body mass index,waist circumference,and hip circumference in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment;the body mass index,waist circumference,and hip circumference in the trial group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Copper bian-stone scraping combined with auricular point embedding needle can reduce the body mass,waist and hip circumference,blood fat and postprandial blood glucose of pre-diabetes patients with obesity.
