从毒邪致病病机学说探讨心血管疾病防治思路

摘　　要：阐述毒的中医病因学概念、毒邪致病病机的内涵及其防治思路,并在此基础上结合心血管疾病的发病机制,重点探讨针对心血管疾病的毒邪致病病机内涵:心血管疾病发病机制中神经内分泌激活、代谢紊乱及炎症反应等产生的病理产物如氧自由基、血管活性物质、炎症因子等相当于内生之毒邪,心脏血管重构及其引发的靶器官损害相当于毒损心脉(包含毒损于心和毒损脉络)。基于该病机学说,认为临床可将针对毒邪的防治贯穿于防治高血压病、冠心病、心力衰竭等常见心血管疾病的全过程,遵循“未病防毒、已病祛毒、毒盛防变”的治未病原则,在辨证论治的基础上,联合应用各种防毒、祛毒的方法,以减少、清除毒邪的积聚并降低其危害。This article elaborates on the etiological concept of toxin in Chinese medicine,the connotation of the pathogenesis of toxin pathogens inducing diseases and its prevention and treatment ideas.Based on these,combined with the modern pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,it focuses on the pathogenesis of toxin pathogens inducing diseases in cardiovascular diseases:the pathological products produced by neuroendocrine activation,metabolic disorders,and inflammatory reactions in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,such as oxygen free radicals,vasoactive substances,inflammatory factors,and so on,which are equivalent to endogenous toxin pathogens;the reconstruction of cardiac blood vessels and its associated damage to target organs are comparable to toxin damaging the heart vessels(including toxin damaging the heart and toxin damaging the vessels).Based on this pathogenesis theory,the prevention and treatment of toxin pathogens can be integrated into the entire process of preventing and treating common cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,and heart failure in clinical practice.Following the principles of"preventing diseases before toxins occur,eliminating toxins of existing diseases,and controlling the development of existing disease due to excessive toxins",various methods of preventing and eliminating toxins can be combined on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment to reduce and clear the accumulative toxin pathogens and decrease their harm.
