摘  要:女运动员三联征(FAT)的核心症状包括低能量利用、月经功能紊乱和骨质疏松。脾-线粒体理论认为中医理论中的脾与现代医学中的线粒体功能密切相关,脾主运化、主统血和主肌肉的生理特性与线粒体在能量代谢、免疫反应等功能方面相呼应。从中医角度来看,脾虚可导致能量代谢功能下降、月经失调和骨质疏松,这与线粒体功能、结构障碍在FAT中的表现相吻合。本文基于脾-线粒体理论,从基本概念、病因病机、治疗思路着手,结合FAT的现代研究进展,分析两者之间的关联,为揭示FAT的微观本质提供新的视角,并为FAT的早期预防与治疗提供科学依据。The core symptoms of female athlete triad(FAT)include low energy availability,menstrual disorder,and osteoporosis.The spleen-mitochondria theory posits a close relationship between the spleen in Chinese medicine and mitochondrial function in modern medicine.The physiological characteristics of the spleen,such as governing transportation and transformation,controlling blood,and managing muscles,align with mitochondrial roles in energy metabolism and immune responses.From a Chinese medicine perspective,spleen deficiency can lead to decreased energy metabolism,menstrual irregularities,and osteoporosis,which correspond to mitochondrial dysfunction and structural abnormalities observed in FAT.This paper,based on the spleen-mitochondria theory,explores the basic concepts,etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment approaches,integrating modern research advancements on FAT.It aims to analyze the connection between the two,providing new insights into the microscopic nature of FAT and offering scientific evidence for its early prevention and treatment.
