摘  要:高校人才培养必须在为社会经济发展服务中创造价值。地方农业院校必须实现人才培养变革与乡村人才振兴协同推进,通过价值创造体现人才培养服务全面振兴乡村。在地方农业院校现有农商管理人才培养价值主张不凸显、价值传递和价值实现困难的现实下,基于人才培养价值挖掘产学研价值共创和人才价值评价,解决目前人才培养中面临的价值创造不足问题。对标乡村产业振兴,找准农商管理价值创造点,多课堂驱动培养农商管理技能,整合资源创造农商服务价值,将人才培养体系融入乡村产业振兴实践,实现农商管理人才培养过程与乡村产业振兴价值创造过程同频。Rural revitalization needs a large number of agricultural science and technology talents and agricultural business management talents.Local agricultural colleges and universities must realize the transformation of talent training and rural talent revitalization,and reflect the talent training service through value creation.In the local agricultural colleges and universities,the value proposition of the existing agricultural business management personnel training is not prominent while the value transmission and value realization are difficult.Based on the talent training value,production,university and research value co-creation and talent value evaluation are explored to solve the insufficiency of value creation in current talent training.By identifying the value creation points of agricultural and commercial management for rural industry revitalization,cultivating agricultural and commercial management skills driven by multi-class,and integrating resources to create agricultural and commercial service value,the talent training system is integrated into rural industry revitalization practice,so as to achieve the synergy between agricultural and commercial management talent training process and rural industry revitalization value creation process.
