摘　　要：结膜松弛症是由于球结膜过度松弛和/或下睑缘张力高导致溢泪等眼部不适的常见眼科疾病,临床上常被误认为是正常老年性改变而被忽视。结膜松弛症的发病机制复杂,至今尚未完全明确。衰老、基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂失衡、炎症反应、弹性蛋白变性和胶原纤维溶解等因素均与结膜松弛症的发生及发展密切相关,并存在多因素间交互作用。因此,进一步了解结膜松弛症的发病机制,对其诊治具有重要意义。本文旨在综述近年来关于结膜松弛症发病机制方面的研究进展。Conjunctivochalasis is a common ocular disease that causes eye discomforts,such as tearing,due to excessive relaxation of bulbar conjunctiva and/or high tension at the lower lid margin.It is often overlooked in clinic as a normal geriatric change.The pathogenesis of conjunctivochalasis is complex and has not been fully understood.The factors such as aging,imbalance of matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors,inflammatory response,elastin degeneration,and collagen fiber dissolution are closely related to the occurrence and development of conjunctivochalasis,and there are multiple factors that interact with each other.Therefore,further understanding the pathogenesis of conjunctivochalasis is essential for diagnosing and treating.This article aims to review the research progress on the pathogenesis of conjunctivochalasis in recent years.
