摘　　要：目的 探讨公立医院促进科技成果转化的专利管理举措。方法 以Patsnap专利数据库为数据来源,检索式:当前申请(专利权)人=首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院,检索时间:2014年1月至2023年12月,每件申请显示1件公开文本。对首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院专利申请数量、专利类型、合作申请情况、代理机构、专利转化情况进行分析和总结。结果 首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院2014—2023年共申请专利1 359件,其中发明专利447件、实用新型专利898件、外观设计专利14件。2022、2023年,医院专利申请总量下降,发明专利申请占当年专利申请占比增高,分别为46.20%、82.49%。有效专利814件,其中核心专利64件、重要专利202件、一般专利548件。专利价值分析显示,医院与企业合作申请的专利价值较高。第一发明人共计809名,合作专利代理机构242家。2017—2023年转化专利数量共计40件,占2014—2023年专利申请量的2.94%,占现有效及审中专利的4.34%。结论 为促进医院创新转化效能、医院优化转化管理制度,对存量专利进行分类管理,精选优质专利代理机构,深化院企合作。Objective To explore patent management measures for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals.Methods Patsnap patent database as data source,search equation was current applicant(patent right)=Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University,search time was from January 2014 to December 2023,each application displayed one publicly available text.The number of patent applications,patent types,cooperation application status,agency,and patent conversion status of Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University were analyzed and summarized.Results Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University applied for a total of 1359 patents from 2014 to 2023,included 447 invention patents,898 utility model patents,and 14 design patents.In 2022 and 2023,total number of hospital patent application was decreased,while the proportion of invention patent applications in the current year had increased,reached 46.20%and 82.49%respectively.There were 814 valid patents,included 64 core patents,202 important patents,and 548 general patents.Patent value analysis showed that the value of patents applied for in cooperation between hospitals and enterprises was relatively high.There were a total of 809 first inventors and 242 cooperative patent agencies.From 2017 to 2023,a total of 40 patents were converted,accounting for 2.94%of the patent applications from 2014 to 2023,and 4.34%of the current valid and pending patents.Conclusion In order to promote the efficiency of hospital innovation transformation and optimize management system of hospital transformation,carry out classified management of existing patents,select high-quality patent agencies,and deepen cooperation between hospitals and enterprises.
