摘　　要：目的探讨秩和比在不同病区护理服务质量综合评价和因素分析中的应用。方法应用基于秩和比的分档法对给定8个病区的22个护理服务质量评价指标数据资料进行综合评价和因素分析。结果P_(8)、P_(6)病区的护理服务质量最优,P_(2)、P_(3)病区最差,其他病区处于中等水平。从护理服务质量的影响因素看,指标c_(21)、c_(22)、c_(38)、c_(16)、c_(33)的影响程度最高,其次为指标c_(14)、c_(13)、c_(35)、c_(24)、c_(32)、c_(39),指标c_(25)、c_(23)、c_(36)、c_(31)、c_(11)的影响程度最低。结论该医院不同病区的整体护理服务质量均不高,应从人员进修培训、技能素养保障、起居生活照护、组织协调督导、住院感染控制等方面入手,不断提高护理服务质量。Objective To explore the application of rank sum ratio in comprehensive evaluation and factor analysis of nursing service quality in different wards.Methods The data of 22 nursing service quality evaluation indexes in 8 wards were comprehensively evaluated and analyzed by using the grading method based on rank sum ratio.Results The quality of nursing services in P8 and P6 wards was the best,that in P2 and P3 wards was the worst,and that in other wards was at a medium level.From the perspective of the influencing factors of nursing service quality,the in-dexes of c21,c22,c38,c16 and c33 have the highest influence degree,followed by the indexes of c14,c13,c35,c24,c32 and c39,and the indexes of c25,c23,c36,c31 and c11 have the lowest influence degree.Conclusion The quality of holistic nursing service in different wards of the hospital is not high.The quality of nursing service should be continuously improved from the aspects of personnel training,skill literacy guarantee,daily life care,organization and coordination supervi-sion,and hospitalization infection control.
