摘　　要：目前广西护理人才队伍建设现状与健康中国规划目标存在差距,主要体现在人才数量不足,学历结构需优化,以及高等护理教育资源短缺,人才培养体系不健全。针对此,建议结合广西实际,科学规划高等护理教育资源,使之与社会发展相匹配;聚焦国家政策导向,调整优化研究生教育类别;在广西增设护理学一级学科博士学位授权点,完善高层次护理人才培养体系。本研究旨在为广西乃至东盟合作发展构建的高等护理教育体系奠定基础。At present,there is a gap between the current situation of nursing talent team construction in Guangxi and the goal of healthy China planning,which is mainly reflected in the insufficient number of talents,the need to optimize the educational structure,the shortage of higher nursing education resources,and the imperfect talent training system.In view of this,it is suggested to scientifically plan higher nursing education resources in combination with the reality of Guangxi,so as to match them with social development;focus on national policy orientation,adjust and optimize the category of postgraduate education;to improve the training system of high-level nursing talents by establishing a first-level subject doctorate authorization point of nursing in Guangxi.The purpose of this study is to lay the foundation for the construction of higher nursing education system in Guangxi and ASEAN.
