安全管理理念在神经内科管理中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析神经内科护理中采取安全管理理念对管理质量的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年7月在德州市第三人民医院工作的40名护理人员为研究对象,2020年5月—2021年7月为对照组,2021年8月—2022年7月为观察组,每组20名。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取安全管理,对比两组护理人员用药安全知识掌握情况及药物合理使用情况、护理管理质量、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组用药安全知识评分及用药合理性评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理管理质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组发生2起不良事件,对照组发生11起不良事件,观察组不良事件发生情况少于对照组。结论神经内科护理人员通过安全管理理念开展工作,不良事件发生率明显降低,护理质量得到明显提升。Objective To analyze the influence of safety management concept on the management quality in neurology department.Methods Forty nurses working in the Third People's Hospital of Dezhou from May 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,May 2020 to July 2021 as the control group,and August 2021 to July 2022 as the obser-vation group,with twenty in each group.The control group took routine management,the observation group took safety management.The mastery of medication safety knowledge,rational use of drugs,quality of nursing management and oc-currence of adverse events between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of drug safety knowledge and medication rationality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing management quality score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 2 adverse events in the observation group and 11 adverse events in the control group.The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion Nursing staff in neurology department carry out their work through the concept of safety management,the incidence of adverse events is significantly reduced,and the quality of nursing is significantly improved.
