药品有效期闭环管理模式在临床科室药品管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析药品有效期闭环管理模式在临床科室药品管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月滕州市西岗中心卫生院药房的23名工作人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月实施常规管理,为对照组。2023年7—12月实施药品有效期闭环管理模式,为观察组。比较两组管理差错、管理质量、管理满意度。结果观察组共发生4例药品报损,少于对照组的29例。观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组总满意度为100.00%(23/23),高于对照组的82.61%(19/23),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.228,P<0.05)。结论药品有效期闭环管理模式用于临床科室药品管理可减少管理差错,提升管理质量。Objective To analyze the application effect of closed-loop management mode of drug validity period in drug management in clinical departments.Methods Twenty-three staff members of the pharmacy of Xigang Center Health Hospital in Tengzhou City were selected as study subjects from January to December 2023.Routine manage-ment was implemented from January to June 2023 as the control group.Closed-loop management mode of drug expira-tion date was implemented from July to December 2023 as the observation group.Compared the two groups manage-ment error,management quality,management satisfaction.Results A total of 4 cases of reported drug losses occurred in the observation group,which was less than the 29 cases in the control group.The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(23/23),which was higher than 82.61%(19/23)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.228,P<0.05).Conclusion The closed-loop management model of drug expiration date for drug management in clinical departments can reduce management er-rors and improve management quality.
