护理风险管理在心内科护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析心内科护理管理中采用护理风险管理的效果。方法选取2023年1—12月费县人民医院的12名心内科护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施传统管理方法(对照组),2023年7—12月实施护理风险管理(观察组),对比两组的护理不良事件发生情况、护理质量及管理满意度。结果观察组未发生护理不良事件,对照组出现1例护患纠纷、3例给药错误。观察组护理质量(风险识别能力、风险防范能力、沟通交流能力、服务意识)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的管理满意度为100.00%(12/12),高于对照组的58.33%(7/12)。结论心内科护理管理中采用护理风险管理的效果良好,可降低护理不良事件的发生风险,提高管理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing risk management in nursing management of cardiology depart-ment.Methods Twelve nurses in the cardiology department of Feixian People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Traditional management methods were implemented from January to June 2023(control group)and nursing risk management was implemented from July to December 2023(observation group).Adverse nursing events,nursing quality and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results No ad-verse nursing events occurred in the observation group,and 1 nurse-patient dispute and 3 drug administration errors occurred in the control group.The scores of nursing quality(risk identification ability,risk prevention ability,commu-nication ability,service awareness)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(12/12),higher than 58.33%(7/12)of the control group.Conclusion Nursing risk management is effective in cardiol-ogy nursing management,which can reduce the risk of nursing adverse events and improve management satisfaction.
