PDCA循环管理模式对西药房管理质量的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析西药房管理质量应用PDCA循环管理模式的效果。方法选择2023年1—12月临沂市第三人民医院西药房的20名工作人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月给予常规管理(管理前),2023年7—12月给予PDCA循环管理模式(管理后)。对比管理前后的药品调配时间、药品发放时间、药房工作管理质量和工作人员综合能力。结果管理后的药品调配时间、药品发放时间均较管理前缩短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后工作人员的药房工作管理质量评分为(95.12±1.28)分、综合能力评分为(95.12±1.21)分,高于管理前的(90.53±2.17)分、(90.65±2.55)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.147、7.082,P均<0.05)。结论西药房管理质量应用PDCA循环管理模式的效果较好,可以提高药房工作管理质量。Objective To analysis the effect of PDCA cycle management mode on the management quality of western pharmacy.Methods Twenty staff members of the Western Pharmacy of the Third People's Hospital of Linyi City from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were given routine management from January to June 2023(before management)and PDCA cycle management mode from July to December 2023(after management).The drug dispensing time,drug dispensing time,pharmacy management quality and staff comprehensive ability before and after management were compared.Results The drug dispensing time and drug dispensing time after management were shorter than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The score of pharmacy management quality and comprehensive ability of the staff after management were 95.12±1.28 and 95.12±1.21,which were higher than 90.53±2.17 and 90.65±2.55 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.147,7.082,both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management mode in pharmacy management quality is effective and can improve the quality of pharmacy work management.
