摘　　要：综述了中药多糖与动物骨骼的关系,总结了中药多糖通过调节破骨细胞或成骨细胞改善骨骼疾病的机制,叙述了中药多糖通过肠道菌群影响动物骨骼健康的潜在机制,分析并展望了中药多糖的发展现状及其作为临床养殖治疗药物的研究和潜力,以期为中药多糖在动物尤其是家禽骨骼疾病治疗方面的应用提供思路和借鉴。This paper reviews the importance of animal bone health and its relationship with Chinese herbal polysaccharides.The mechanisms by which Chinese herbal polysaccharides improve animal bone diseases through the regulation of osteoclasts or osteoblasts were summarized.This review also examines how Chinese herbal polysaccharides support animal bone health by affecting gut microbiota and its metabolites,as well as the potential mechanism involved.The current development,research progress,and potential of Chinese herbal polysaccharides as clinical breeding therapeutic drugs were analyzed and prospected,providing ideas and references for the application of Chinese herbal polysaccharides in the treatment of animal bone diseases,with a particular focus on poultry.
