摘　　要：【目的】从制度支持、工具支持和情感支持3个维度,探究农业产业组织如何影响农户保护耕地质量行为。【方法】基于河南省794份粮食种植户的微观调研数据,运用有序Probit模型,分析农业产业组织不同支持手段对农户保护耕地质量行为的影响,厘清这一过程中经济动机、生态动机和社会动机的中介作用。【结果】农业产业组织提供的组织支持措施对农户保护耕地质量行为具有显著的正向影响。从各维度的支持措施来看,工具支持的影响程度最高,情感支持次之,制度支持的影响程度最低。经济动机在制度支持与农户保护耕地质量行为之间起到中介作用,生态动机在工具支持与农户保护耕地质量行为之间起到中介作用,社会动机在情感支持与农户保护耕地质量行为之间起到中介作用。此外,紧密型产业组织比松散型组织对农户保护耕地质量行为影响更显著。【结论】需要进一步加大农业产业组织的政策支持力度,增强农业产业组织的制度支持,规范农业产业组织的服务功能,从而激励农户更好地保护耕地质量。【Objective】From three dimensions of institutional support,tool support and emotional support,this paper explores how agricultural industrial organization affects farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality.【Method】Based on the micro-survey data of 794 grain growers in Henan Province,the orderly Probit model was used to analyze the influence of different support means of agricultural industrial organizations on farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality,and to clarify the mediating role of economic,ecological and social motives in this process.【Result】The organizational support measures provided by agricultural industrial organizations have significant positive effects on farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality.From the perspective of various dimensions of support measures,the impact of tool support is the highest,followed by emotional support,and the impact of institutional support is the lowest.Economic motivation plays an intermediary role between institutional support and farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality,ecological motivation plays an intermediary role between tool support and farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality,and social motivation plays an intermediary role between emotional support and farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality.In addition,compact industrial organization has more significant effect on farmers’behavior of protecting cultivated land quality than loose organization.【Conclusion】It is necessary to further strengthen the policy support of agricultural industrial organizations and the institutional support of agricultural industrial organizations,and standardize the service function of agricultural industrial organizations,thus encouraging farmers to better protect the quality of cultivated land.
